Whatever is at the top of the list will be next on the list to be shipped to you! You can rearrange your list, remove items, change quantity, or add items at any time! CAN I EDIT MY ReadyQ?
Yes! Any product that you add to your ReadyQ can be deleted, rearranged or changed. You have full control of your own ReadyQ
HOW DO I EDIT MY ReadyQ?
To edit your ReadyQ, simply drag and drop any of the products in your list. You can also re-prioritize your list by changing the number of the product. For example, your first product is #1 on the list, however, you can change that number to #2 and the ReadyQ will shuffle the order as you requested and place that product second on your list.
DO I HAVE TO BUY IT ONCE I ADD IT TO MY ReadyQ?
Nope. You can add products in to your ReadyQ and choose not to buy them in the future. Just delete the product out, or lower it on your priority list so it's not in the next shipment. Adding a product to the ReadyQ doesn't mean you are committing to buy it - edit your list whenever you want.
DO I HAVE TO AUTOSHIP IN THE ReadyQ?
No, you don't. Many people will add product into the ReadyQ just to have a list of products that they're interested in. However, if you're comfortable setting a reoccurring budget - why not let us take care of it for you. We only ship the items that are in your list of products so it's only the products you want.
HOW DOES THE ReadyQ CHOOSE WHICH PRODUCTS TO AUTO-SHIP?
If you set a budget of $200, the ReadyQ will start at the top of your list adding up as much products as it can fit into your $200 budget without going over. If a product is out of stock, the ReadyQ will skip that item on the list until it comes back in stock. We will never go over your specified budget.
WILL I BE NOTIFIED WHEN SOMETHING SHIPS?
Yes. Just like any order, you'll receive a notification email that your order was processed and what was included in it. If you have a problem with the order or need to cancel, just let us know!
IS THERE A PRICE LOCK IN THE ReadyQ?
ReadyCLUB members get a 6-month price lock in the ReadyQ. That means that if you add a product into your ReadyQ, it will stay at that price for 6-months. For example, if you see a Daily Deal that you really like but you don't have the budget today to get it, you can add it to your ReadyQ and buy it at that price anytime within in the next 6-months! Pretty cool, we know!
DO I GET FREE SHIPPING WITH THE ReadyQ?
You can get free shipping with the ReadyQ by becoming a ReadyCLUB member. There are lots of benefits to becoming a ReadyCLUB member and free shipping on all orders is one of them!
HOW DO YOU USE THE ReadyQ?
On every product page there is a "Add to ReadyQ" button. If you click that button, it adds the product to your ReadyQ. It's that easy! Then you can prioritize your ReadyQ list to make sure that you get the products that you want when you want them.

Absolutely! We want to make preparedness easy for you and your family. The ReadyQ is an easy way to prepare a little at a time.
IS THE ReadyQ A PAYMENT PLAN?
The ReadyQ is a budgeting tool. You set your own budget and we'll ship you what you want within that budget each month. The ReadyQ is NOT a layaway plan, meaning that you can't buy a $1000 product by paying $500 over two months - sorry!
