- Benefits & Description
Benefits & DescriptionLet's face it, we all need a pick-me-up every now and then. Caffeine is a naturally occurring stimulant in tea and coffee plants. Our Tsogo caffeine boost comes in a convenient stick pouch that contains 100mg of caffeine. Taken over the full day, a complete stick pack would be the equivalent of drinking 1 cup of coffee or a couple cans of Coke. A little goes a long way, so start off lightly.
Caffeine occurs naturally in various plants from around the globe. It is found in cocoa beans and kola nuts. It's found in the ilex plant whose leaves are for the popular beverage in South America; yerba mate. It is also found in guarana seeds. Most recently, it has been discovered in an easy-to-open and easy-to-pour Tsogo stick pack, used to add a little pick-me-up to your Tsogo smoothie.
How to Prepare
Simply tear off top of packet and pour into your smoothie and shake. It quickly dissolves and does not affect the great taste of the Tsogo smoothie.
