Shelf Life StatementTo achieve maximum shelf life, store in an environment with a temperature of 60F or lower and humidity of 10 percent or less. Preparation Instructions: Preheat Oven to 400º F. Pour 1 Cup of water and 3 Cups of Blueberry Muffin Mix into a mixing bowl. Stir gently until all water is absorbed for approx 15-20 seconds (Batter may appear lumpy, but excessive mixing will produce dull crust color and uneven texture). Pour batter into heavily greased muffin tins or paper muffin liners to about 2/3 way full. Bake for 18-20 Minutes. Will yield a dozen delicious Blueberry Muffins.
