Tastes nothing like eggs.

I have taste tested several Mountain House products and this is not one of my favorites. I've had Egg Beaters that tasted better than this product. The bacon in this can turns out really well but it doesn't help the eggs. I know that you pay for the convenience of having a reliable food storage source but I would stay away from the eggs. Not a good buy.

It is not a great product. The eggs stay watery and there is very little bacon in the can. It loses the egg and bacon taste after you re-hydrate it. I did eat these with tortillas and made tacos with them. Tortillas work better than bread. The bread takes too much of the leftover moisture. Ugh, soggy bread.
