Shelf Life StatementTo achieve maximum shelf life, store in an environment with a temperature of 60F or lower and humidity of 10 percent or less. |Preparation Instructions||Open Can. Remove and discard oxygen absorber. Carefully add 10 cups (80oz, 2366mL) of boiling water to contents of can. Stir Carefully and cover. Optional: After 4 minutes Stir Again. Let stand 8-9 Minutes. Drain excess water, stir and serve. Caution: Container will be hot. To prepare a single serving: Add 1 cup of boiling water to 3/4 cup of dry mix.|
