Peace of mind
10 of 17 people found this review helpfulThese are expensive, but as they are virtually indestructible, worth it over time. They are hard to wash, as draining them completely is made difficult because of the two center holes. However, if you can swallow the initial expense and inconvenience of first time thorough washing, they are worth every penny. I love being able to store one in any room in the house because of their size and portability. Love them!

Movable !!
6 of 11 people found this review helpfulUnlike those giant water barrels, I like how I can move these around much easier. I can store water in a few different places unlike having to buy several expensive barrels.

Sturdy, Convenient & Practical
10 of 15 people found this review helpfulMy Review: Space saving and convenient! I love this product and am very pleased with the quality. I am keeping one stack in my tornado shelter and the other in my home. If you are looking for a product you can count on for water storage, this is it. Easy to fill, easy to store, and don't forget the spigot they offer which makes it even more convenient to fill your glass. I would highly recommend this product for your emergency stash.

Best Storage Containers
5 of 9 people found this review helpfulWe have placed multiple orders for these containers as we like the size, ease of carrying, quality and stackability. We have used them for both water and storage of dehydrated produce. Make sure you purchase the spicket for use with water. Will buy more and have no problem recommending to friends.

One of the smartest buys I have made for 2011 hurricane Season
149 of 277 people found this review helpfulI live in Florida this was one of the smartest buys I have made for 2011 hurricane Season. I have them ready to go and with the stabilizer I do not have to change the water until 2017, they take up very little room, and I won’t have to worry about standing in line for water at the store or the local Red Cross center. After seeing them stacked neatly in the house the other day, my daughter will be adding these to her hurricane preparedness gear. Only wish there was a spout. This would help with the dispensing of the water.

They are working on a spigot and are getting close to being done with it. :-)

Get some Bricks!
55 of 99 people found this review helpfulWe love our Water Bricks... and combined with the water preserver... I've got 2 weeks of drinking water for my family that I don't have to rotate for 5 years. We have kept them in the garage and the water did not freeze during a snow storm. (The garage was below 32 degrees for 4 days... I can't speak to if it would freeze somewhere up north where the freeze might last longer.) Their 18 square inch footprint saves a lot of space as compared to filling old 2 liter soda bottles. It has a slightly smaller footprint than a 50 gallon barrel as well, but the benefit is that we can move the water one brick at a time... take a couple bricks with us when we go on road trips, etc. I hope to purchase on more set of 16 bricks. You should get some too... you won't be disappointed!

They leak, too expensive
13 of 24 people found this review helpfulI got 32 of these and almost half of them leak and no the gaskets are not on backwards. I have taken them apart a few times and redid the seals only to have them leak again. The problem is the having them stacked. By themselves they don't leak but if you put them in a stack the pressure from the other bricks cause them to leak. I give these an F. For the money other bottles are better and you get more for your money.
From The Ready Store:
UPDATE: We have spoken with Michael and will be sending him out new gaskets to fix the problem.
