    Now this is an overall very good kit! I really like how it's not just food bars because you can only eat those for so long, by the time you are sick of them, you will have nice hot mre's. This kit really covers everything.

    My sons and I have spent decades of time out in the field enjoying "Bushcraft & Fieldcraft" activities. One of the most comprehensive gear bags I have seen. The wonderful thing is each individual can add the few extra items they prefer......Very Well Done, Compliments to whom ever put this together and thanks for all you do.

    What I like about this kit is that it has a little bit of everything. I imagine in a disaster, I will not know everything I will need and they seem to have thought of it all. I didn't want to have something so small that it wouldn't help me when I needed it and this kit gives me that. I especially like the amount of food in this kit and the survival tools.

    Other than a couple missing items (situation handled expertly online)...this is exactly the right amount of items I would need in an emergency. I would add a few personal items. I also agree with others that a quality Leatherman and some Gerber knives/tools should be added. Overall I am extremely happy with the kit and the customer service I get from The Ready Store!

    I decided it was time to get myself a "survival kit" because the news and everything else has got me a little bit nervous. I shopped around and this one seemed pretty comprehensive. It did come with a lot of items in it including food and water, hygiene stuff and a bunch of tools. Most of the items were good but some things weren't the best quality like, mostly the knife. The MREs are good and they seem legit too. So overall I guess it will work.
