  Love, love, love it! I use the corn, carrots, and peas all of the time. I keep having to buy more to re-stock my stash. Some prepper I am! We made homemade "soup in a jar" as gifts for Christmas, and the layers of corn, carrots, and peas looked beautiful. Everyone of my friends and family that made it raved about the taste. Thank you Ready Store for making me look good! Want a fast easy meal idea? Ramen noodles with a handful of dried veggies....yummm! Your family actually thinks that you worked hard at it ;-)

  A great deal for a quality product! Just try to dehydrate your own vegetables and see how much time it takes and how costly it would be to fill a #10 can. One comes out way ahead purchasing freeze dried produce for the cost and diversity of uses. Beware, also great as a snack!

  I had never eaten dried peas and had absolutely no idea how marvelous they would be as a snack. Aside from normal recipes I eat them dry out of the can too. You would never think that a freeze-dried pea would taste good but they really do, similar to the freeze-dried corn in that you can snack on them out of the can and with the kids since they are vegetables I dont care how much of them they eat.

  For the fact that these will last for 25 years and they still taste like peas is a plus in its self, but that they taste like I just got them out of the freezer is awesome.

  There are so many things I plan to do with your freeze dried green peas - such as adding them to salads, mixing them with your diced carrots as a side vegetable, and finally, adding them to pasta, soups, and stews.
