  I honestly have not cracked this open and prepared the meals. I did research before I bought and was impressed with the other reviews about the quality and taste. My thoughts are that in an emergency - i.e. if I'm starving - I will eat this meal with great delight and appreciation and not complain one bit. Saratoga Farms definately has more product per can than what I have found with the same item from Mountain House. More meals per can, more calories per can and the same peach of mind. Highly recommended.

  WITH THE PRICE OF EGGS SKYROCKETING AT THE SUPERMARKET, THIS IS AN EXCEPTIONALLY EXCELLENT BUY! A GREAT MEAL THAT I CAN VARY BY ADDING POTATOES, PEPPERS, HAM, ETC.

  A great product to have in your pantry. Disasters are far to common lately to not be prepared for you and your family. Trying to keep things as normal as possible, regardless of situation, always keeps family happy. The Ready Store has made this possible for many of us!!

  I don't always feel like cooking when I get home from work. This is a great product for a quick meal/sandwich without a lot of hassle. Taste good too.

  Unlike egg powder, the Scrambled Eggs require no cooking.
  Good taste, and very easy - just add water.

  This is a very nice product. Rehydrates easily and tastes good as well. I add a little salt and pepper to mine for added flavor, but still a good product either way.

  I've said it before I don't know how many times: you need a good breakfast as part of your diet, especially in a SHTF situation. These eggs will last for 20 years+. They taste pretty good too. One can of these (keeping in mind this is a #10 can, not a soup can) will make quite a few servings as well.

  I was hesitant to try freeze dried eggs, but they were good. Next time I will buy them with peppers or sausage or something added. I added my own vegetables.

  We do like the sausage added a little better, but who wouldn't. Good egg taste and great source of protein for our storage.

  I tried these they are good but I think they will be better with the freeze dried cheddar and the sausage crumbles. I only opened the eggs, I want to try the eggs ans sausage but I can't open everything.

  I've used Mountain House Eggs with Ham and it has a special flavor to it that I did not enjoy. I went on a whim and tried Saratoga Farms and was expecting a bland flavor. I was amazed that the eggs really tasted like eggs! lol
  
  You just need to find a way to have salsa in a #10 can for me hahah.

  Brought these with me on a long camping trip. Very handy to have when we didn't want to unhitch and drive into town because we ran out of eggs. Tasted quite good, even plain. Better, though, with a little cheese sprinkled on top.

  I use to get up at 5:30am to make breakfast before waking my son up at 6 for school, now it takes me half the time to make breakfast! I will be buying more of these for sure. A little extra sleep and a delicious breakfast.
