This is an essential ingredient for preppers if you ever want to make food from scratch. Its great having pre-made and packaged meals, but you need this when those supplies run low. Must have product.

I bake a lot! Lots of breads, muffins, pies and pound cakes. Several times I've decided to bake and would have some items missing from my "Regular Pantry" it is always nice to have items I need in my "long term" storage pantry.
