    Don't know how i'd missed ordering this asparagus before. It is a richly nutritious vegetable that we enjoy using to make a kind of vegetable omelet . I would use this with your whole egg product and dehydrated onions. Can't wait to get it home!

    I just made a leek soup with asparagus and the flavors went together well. Onions could be used instead of the leeks, but I added vegetable bouillion cubes and basmati rice along with chicken broth. Add very small amounts of carrots and celery too.
