    Nice to have some cereal. Don't forget the milk. I also like eating it just out of the can.. Kids and adults will love it.

    I have plain oatmeal, 6-grain and 9-grain canned varieties. These are great tasting (as long as you like stuff like oatmeal) and good for you. This has no sodium which is great for my current diet and a thing to watch for with other canned foods. If you do get this be sure to check out one of those Kelly Kettles, these types of food need hot water to be their best.

    On sale, this is cheaper than my grocery store. It's the same good quality 6-grain cereal, plus it has a nice long shelf life.

    Even when it is not on sale this food is coming in a #10 can which gives it superior shelf life when compared to how you are buying it at the store. Buying a box of product X vs a #10 can of product X isn't always an apples to apples comparison.

    I got this to supplement my regular grocery shopping. 6+ grains have great nutrition and Saratoga's has a wonderful taste as well.
