An Abolute Must Have For Food Storage!
1 of 2 people found this review helpfulHave you ever tried to dehydrate your own red pepers? We have. Very hard and time consuming. Great price for quality produce. No worries about spoilage and easy to prepare while being very nutritional. Red pepers are expensive to buy as they take longer to mature. Try growing them in your own garden and they take significant care to mature without defect or disease.

great product
0 of 1 people found this review helpfulGreat product and great way to save money. Dehydrating peppers yourself is quite a task, not to mention you dont get many when all is said and done. I can peppers instead but I cant use the canned ones like these. I add these to skillets, breakfast wraps, etc and they are great. Like the strawberries, its much cheaper and efficient to buy them than do them yourself.

Great!
0 of 1 people found this review helpfulI just watched a TV cooking show that said the basic trinity of cajun cooking is bell peppers, celery and onions. I have been trying to find a recipe for dirty rice (if anyone has one, I'd appreciate it), but at least I will have all of the main ingredients.

Flavorful!

Unusual
It is unusual to see freeze dried bell peppers while shopping for preps (at least to me - this is the first I've seen them!). I picked up a can of these to store on the shelf to liven up some bland meals in a SHTF scenario. I haven't eaten them yet, but the price is right and they are Saratoga Farms, so they must be good!

Great Addition
These bell peppers are a great addition to burritos, enchiladas, skillets, and so many other dishes.
