Jeff Davis
CEO and Founder

Jeff is the CEO and co-founder of Saratoga Trading Company and The Ready Store. Along with his wife, Amy, Jeff has built the business from the ground up. Jeff provides the day-to-day management and vision for the company. He has experience and expertise in all areas of business management with a primary focus on sales and marketing. He has a Bachelor's in Spanish from Brigham Young University and completed Master’s coursework in Hispanic Linguistics.

After 9/11 and the ensuing War on Terror, Jeff and Amy felt the need to help keep America strong by offering products that help families and communities get prepared. They want to take the mystery out of emergency preparedness and provide quality products that are easy to use and effective. Along with the exceptional products that The Ready Store offers its valued customers, Jeff is most proud of the amazing team of employees that he has assembled.

Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and five kids, sunshine, basketball and playing guitar. His dreams include riding an elephant in Thailand and climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro with his wife.

Paul Fulton

Paul Fulton is the President of The Ready Store. Before joining our team in 2012, Paul spent more than 13 years in the resort retail industry. He personally lead the opening of more than 130 retail stores in 25 countries around the world and in nearly all 50 states. Before launching a consulting firm in 2011, Paul served as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for an 800 employee multi-national retail firm. Later, as the president and founder of a sales and marketing consulting firm, Paul worked with global brands such as the $1 billion-a-year Crocs shoe company, facilitating retail store growth throughout the world.

Paul has extensive product, marketing and retail management experience. He has managed the complete lifecycle of more than 20,000 product SKUs and expanded brand reach on a global level. Under his direction, The Ready Store is poised to expand its reach and to ensure that its customers receive the highest standards of product and availability at the most competitive prices. Brand loyalty, new customer growth and a great customer experiences are Paul’s greatest priorities.

After earning a Bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Utah, Paul completed his Master's in Business Administration from the globally-ranked Executive MBA Program at the University of Utah. He has visited six of the world’s seven continents, more than 30 countries and nearly each of the United States. He loves travel, the outdoors, sports and spending time with his wife and two boys.

Jonathan Dick
Director of Sales & Marketing

Jonathan is The Ready Store's communication expert. His job is to make sure that clients have an extraordinary experience from the moment they contact The Ready Store to when they purchase and use the products. He graduated from Dixie State College of Utah with a BS in Business Administration and then he earned a MS in Advertising at Boston Univeristy.

Prior to working at The Ready Store, Jonathan worked in a variety of positions and companies; from being the Marketing Manager for, the Marketing Communications Manager for Enliven Internations, and the owner of Just Simple Design, Jonathan has garnered over 15 years of professional experience in his field. He has worked across several states, two countries, and with clients and customers in more than 10 different languages.

Jonathan wanted to work for a company that offered a quality product and that provided real value to people—which was what led him to work for The Ready Store. He is excited to be a part of a growing company that improves people's lives and which has a great family-friendly atmosphere and would allow him to focus on his real priorities.

Jonathan was raised in St. George, Utah, and has always been interested in learning as much as he could about just about everything. Now, his interests and priorities lie with his incredible wife and five adorable kids. He still loves learning, though, and spends his time serving at church, learning new languages, composing music, and keeping ahead of new technology. And since he spends so much time on the computer during the week, he tries to spend as much time as he can outdoors, where he enjoys hiking, camping, and rock climbing.

Steve Allen
General Manager and Director of Operations

Steve Allen's responsibilities at The Ready Store include making sure that customers get what they want when they want it, as well as overseeing the warehouse staff. He graduated from Brigham Young University in 1992 with a Bachelor's in Design Engineering Technology, and shortly after when to work for a gas fireplace manufacturing company in 1995, where he did work as the Operations Manager and Design Engineer. In 2008, he left that company to come work for The Ready Store

Steve saw working at The Ready Store as an opportunity to be involved in a growing company and felt that the challenge and reward were something that he wanted to be involved with and participate in.

Steve' hometown was Carbondale, Colorado, a small town with a population of about 2,500 people. He has always had a great love of the outdoors, and when he was younger, he spent a lot of time hiking, taking care of the cattle and other animals on his family's farm, and working with his hands (especially woodworking). Not much has changed in this respect since his childhood. He still heads for the mountains whenever he can, dragging his son along with him if possible. He loves spending as much time with his wife and five kids as he can.
