Low Price Guarantee

At The Ready Store we take extreme care to provide our customers with the best value so you can get the most most bang for your buck. We invest time and resources to ensure that our selection, availability, delivery, and excellent customer service exceed your expectations. We want our customers to shop with confidence, knowing the The Ready Store offers the best solution at the best price, so we offer all our customers a Low Price Guarantee. If you find the same product offered by a competitor, within 10 days of your original order date, for a lower price (product price plus shipping, handling, or other relevant fees), we will match the total price or refund the difference (sale or promotional prices not included).

You are eligible for a price-match or refund if your request meets the following conditions:

• Comparisons MUST include the product price plus shipping & handling charges when calculating the competitor's total price.
• Prices matched must be within the allowed discounting parameters mandated by some of our suppliers.
• Our Low Price Guarantee applies only to retailers that have the identical product in-stock and the product is priced accurately.
• Total price match requests must be submitted within ten (10) days from the date of purchase at The Ready Store.
• Products being price-matched must be offered by a legitimate & recognized commercial retailer. Products being sold by individuals on online auction sites (i.e. eBay) or through classified ads (i.e. Craig's List) or other similar sites or establishments will not be accepted.
• Please note that The Ready Store only sells newly manufactured product fresh off the production line, we do not accept price-match requests for re-manufactured, re-furbished, counterfeit, or outdated products.

To request a total-price match with a old or new order, simply send the competitor's total price information (catalog page/advertisement/website) via email to lowprice@thereadystore.com or via fax to 1 (801) 553-9322.
