portability

This solar panel is portable and works fine but "take it hiking" thats just stupid! No body in the world will take a solar panel out hiking with them, camping maybe but hiking!!??

*From The Ready Store: The panel is light enough to take hiking (weighs in at only 6 lbs) but you are right in that this particular panel would not be ideal to carry for extended lengths since it does not fold down compact like the Nomad 27M Solar Panel does. We will change that detail in the product description, thanks for the feedback!
