Another great product.

Very filling!
2 of 2 people found this review helpfulThis is plenty of food to fill up two very hungry people. I love the hot meal while hiking on a colder day. I do recommend that you bring salt for it though.

Good
Good and hearty, pretty filling, but I eat both servings all by myself.

Tasty
Great taste and value. I love these more than #10 cans because they are single servings instead of having to eat the entire can in a year. I have boxes full of these bags for emergencies. Now with Sandy aftermath, maybe people will start preparing for weather and climate changes. I would recommend starting prepping with these pouches for ease and convenience, not to mention good taste.

Excellent quality and taste!
Mountain House Chili Mac with beef is an awesome product. It actually tastes like Chili instead of goulash/spaghetti like some of the other brands of Chili Mac. This is an excellent item that my house keeps in our food storage.

Impressed
Hubby & I had chili mac for lunch on day... being a food snob I expected to hate this, oh but not the case. wouldn't need an emergency to eat this again :)

Love the chili mac
135 of 269 people found this review helpfulI fully expected this to be like Chef Boyardee style chili mac. Where the meal is more about noodles than anything. This style chili mac is more like an actual bowl of chili, with macaroni noodles mixed in. We enjoyed it very much, and it's probably my favorite MH meal of all. I've actually eaten this out of a pouch a couple times at the house just because I enjoyed it :P

Tasty
21 of 45 people found this review helpfulWhile we all enjoyed the flavor, I was a bit unsure why the "Mac" is in there. The Chili itself is absolute delish but only the few pieces of mac threw the dish off. This dish is still in my top 5 faves. A bit of a nice kick I might add... Might need for it to steep a few extra minutes for the macaroni to soften.

Good enough to eat
99 of 194 people found this review helpfulThis was as good as anything you could get in a can at the grocery store. The sauce was flavorful and the macaroni tender with a smooth texture. Not as good as homemade, but with the extra long shelf life, stand alone cooking pouch and ease of transport it is an exceptional value.
