We grew up on Chili Mac. FYI: If you ever purchase a pouch and don't like it, put it in the fridge and wait a day. Like soup, it tastes better the next day. I was on the fence about one of these pouches and put it in the fridge. I tried it a day or two later and it totally tasted different than when I first made it! It was really good!

Today was a rainy, cold, day and I wasn't up to going out and decided it was another good day to try one of the items from the 2 week packet I recently ordered. I didn't, however, add water to the pack, instead cooked it on the stove. Pasta cooked very quickly, the chili/tomato sauce was really very good...and could be made thicker, depending on your taste. I did add a little spice to it. Could have used a few more beans, but all in all, this was a very satisfying dinner with a tossed salad and a slice of garlic toast. The Ready Store, so far, has some great products!
