    I have eaten most of the Mountain House entrees over the years of backpacking, and this is my favorite and the favorite of many of my friends and family members. Great taste and each to prepare.

    Do you know how difficult it is to make this dish on your own from scratch? Wow, I can't believe how good this tastes. I'm hooked. I think I'm turning into a freeze dried food addict. This stuff is so convenient and requires no special storage prior to opening. If you can't finish the whole can, just put it in the refrigerator. It'll keep for weeks/months. Will definitely buy more.

    I did NOT expect to like this product. I'm generally not crazy about freeze dried rice dishes BUT this just became my absolute favorite. It's definitely not too sweet -- it's a perfect balance between sweet and savory. If you're an asian or Caribbean food fan, or just enjoy that sweet & sour taste, go ahead and grab a can or two of this -- you can't go wrong.

    This was just perfect and love that it lasts so long. This will be divine to use in emergencies, like we're eating out or I spent all day in the kitchen. It's more expensive than some of the others, but adds wonderful variety to our storage.
