    I tried these at a friends house, now I am ordering them they were realy good. She using them all the time in place of fresh, she as I am always having to throw out mushrooms because they went bad before we needed them. just think these don't go bad and how handy can't wait to have some of my own!!!!!

    A great deal for a quality product! Just try to dehydrate your own vegetables and see how much time it takes and how costly the mushrooms would be to fill a #10 can. One comes out way ahead purchasing freeze dried produce for the cost and diversity of uses.

    Opened the new can this morning for Thanksgiving prep. The mushrooms looked PERFECT, white and very few blemishes. Hubby tasted one out of the can and thought they were good. Soaked them a little longer due to delay in making dressing, and they were fine. Note: use that soaking liquid or save for soup it adds flavor.

    The mushrooms are great. They look appetizing, they re-hydrate quickly, then not only are they nutritious but they have a meatier texture to them when they're rehydrated, making them taste a little more substantial than an average mushroom. Must have for your supply list!
