Spinach is one of our favorite vegetables. Plan to use this in an Italian style spinach omlet, spinach stuffed bread, or as a plain side veggie.

My mother got me hooked on spinach when I was a kid merely by adding salt and butter.--Since then people use spinach in all kinds of recipes, lentil soup, strata (an egg dish that is baked made with cubed bread, cheese, vegies and meat soaked overnight) and all sorts of recipes.

I received my order for the spinach. When I opened the container the smell of the spinach was so fresh and the big pieces were eye opening. I used it in a soup and got rave reviews. I am ordering another can. I will recommend it to my fellow preppers.Thank you for your outstanding food.

I love Spanakopeta and almost always purchase a can anytime I order so if there is an emergency I can make this.

Now if only there was Ready Store Filo and Freeze Dried Domestic Feta Cheese ... I would be totally set! Until then, for an emergency, I will have to use regular flour and the cottage cheese.

    Note to Ready Store:
Please carry Freeze Dried Feta Cheese. Spanakopeta is our family's favorite food.

So easy to add to soups, stews and other recipies. I'm not a fan of eating cooked spinach on it's own, but this makes it so easy to add to a multitude of recipes. Super easy and delicious layered in lasagna. No waste.
