I think I'm getting addicted to freeze dried veggies. They're just sooooo convenient and easy to prepare. There's no waste and no fuss. These broccoli florets are like fresh from the farm. It's too bad we're a small family so if I open too many cans for variety, my refrigerator will run out of space. Keeping these opened cans in the frig does extend the shelf life for a much longer time.

If an emergency or power outage occurs, I want to have nutritious food available to serve. This broccoli fits the bill. But it is also great for every day use. So easy to toss a few handfulls into soups, casseroles, pasta or sidedishes for added nutrition to every day meals. No additives makes me very happy.

"MUST HAVE" Product3 of 4 people found this review helpful
It is great if you can afford to get the fancy fruits, but make sure that you have items like this for the real nutritional value it provides. Read the content value of this product and there is no question if it should be a part of every family's stockpile. Our family loves brocolli anyway so this is a natural. It tastes pretty good and has the nutritional content that I must have for my children.
Yes, you still have to eat your broccoli1 of 2 people found this review helpful
Isn't it nice to know some things won't change in an emergency. Tastes good(even if kids say other wise)good vit source.
A Food Storage Must1 of 3 people found this review helpful
A great deal for a quality product! Just try to dehydrate your own broccoli and see how much time it takes and how costly it would be to fill a #10 can. One comes out way ahead purchasing freeze dried produce for the cost and diversity of uses. Great for food storage as well as daily use!!!!
Better Than Frozen1 of 1 people found this review helpful
I think this broccoli is actually better than the frozen I normally use and is actually easier to store.

We LOVE broccoli, and can't wait to try it in casseroles! I plan to add more cans of your Broccoli to my food storage for sure! A tasty, easy way to get your Vitamin A, C, & iron, too. So glad it has no preservatives!
Easy & Nutritious
Rehydrated easily. Tastes great added to the SF Broccoli Soup. I even like it in the Mac & Cheese. Easy Nutrition. Good Price.
casseroles, soups, etc
These can be used as a side veggie or in soups, casseroles, salads, etc. endless possibilities!
We make our own 'Freezer bag' meals for our bug out bags as for vacation. This is perfect with dehydrated noodles (we dehydrate our own), chicken (or checken TPV) and the alfredo sauce.
Very nutrient-rich veggie!
We ordered a ready-pack with broccoli included, it is a good addition of nutrients and versatility to the freeze-dried pantry, they'll be great for broccoli-cheese soup, casseroles, salads, and served with cheese sauce.
a healthy food for storage at a great price.

Can't buy this in a can at the store. I bought the broccoli and cauliflower . Good to eat alone or throw into soup.
Great for out of season31 of 61 people found this review helpful
I bought the broccoli to try while it was not in regular season at the market. If you don't grow/store your own vegetables, this is a great product to have on hand to quickly add to soups and pastas in your regular cooking routine.
Also sending this highly nutritional vegetable to my sick friend.
Ease of use and handy availability make it a good choice for us - especially to help maintain good nutritional intake in stressful times.
A regular staple
These broccoli florets have taken the lead in my vegetable diet. My refrigerator is bare for the first time because I am not storing fruits and vegetables in there any more. I think i will be unplugging it!

If you have ever tried to grow broccoli, you know it takes longer than some garden items and fighting off pest is not an easy chore. This IS your answer to that! Great taste and so easy! I love gardening, but I shy away from growing this. You will always have it ready for your use less the hassle.
Great for several uses
When I got the cans, I realized I had ordered diced florets. I thought they were whole florets. I just had to open a can immediately to see if they were chips of broccoli.
I was pleasantly surprised to find they were mostly nice size broccoli pieces, with some smaller ones., and some crumbs, as to be expected with a freeze dried product, like this.
I sorted it into jars to re seal for different uses...side dishes, casseroles, and soups.
I will be buying this on a regular basis.
