I know (without even trying) that I would be terrible at growing lettuce. Sprouts are the closest thing to lettuce in my opinion, particularly in the winter months. This gadget is essential for having fresh greens on your sandwiches. This is for use with Bob's Hard Red Wheat Berries and I believe there are several types of greens/sprouts that you can grow with various different flavors.
Will we use it to sprout seeds but I have another idea to try...
During the harshest part of Winter, I'll use it as a sprouter, but come Spring I'd like to try it out to produce seedling to transplant to larger growing pots.
easy to use/educational
I am gratefully pleased at how easy this sprouter works and how fast. Plus it's a great add of alfalfa sprouts to our same-old-same-old salads and sandwiches. Course it was a solid educational science tool for grandkids to watch. Thanks.
Love This Sprouting Tray!
I have only been using this for 2 weeks, but I'm already loving it. It's perfect for alfalfa seeds and larger seeds, but chia seeds clog up the drainage holes, so those would need a sprouting bag instead. Overall I am very pleased with the purchase. Cleans up easily and included directions have proven helpful also.

I would highlight that if I were you! I just noticed the one sentence that say it comes with seeds. I know you sell others as well, but what else is sprout-able that you sell on your site? Any of the red mill stuff? New to this, but cannot wait to try everything!
From the Ready Store:
We do have some other sprout-able seeds. For instance Bob's Red Mill Hard Organic Hard Red Spring Wheat is sprout-able.
Makes it easy!
This tray set makes sprouting so much easier, it really helps to regulate the amount of light and air that get to the seeds. Highly recommended
A definite want!
Very useful for prolonged survival situations!

This sprouter reliably sprouts and is easy to use. Be aware if you have small seeds the drainage holes get blocked with seeds. I also pour water directly into it and slosh it around, in addition to letting it drip. This allows me to rinse off hulls. I use this sprouter to start, and then if I want taller sprouts (this one is limited in height) I transfer sprouts to an Easy Sprouter. I don't use Easy Sprouter to start, as it requires WAY too many seeds to be successful, but is great for already started sprouts, as they grow to fill the container, and is good for storage. So buy both! They are cheap!
