    How do I begin to relate the many uses of diced chicken to my menu planning. My family especially enjoys homemade chicken soup and chicken chili. It is so convenient to have the diced chicken on hand to add to these and other favorite recipes insuring a good level of protein in normal or emergency situations.

    This product is great. Not only does it rehydrate easily, it tastes great too. I use chicken for everything in normal everyday cooking. If there were an emergency, its nice knowing that I have good chicken anytime.

    I have discovered a wonderful pan sausage seasoning that I tried on ground turkey. I would also try it on the Mountain House Diced Chicken. Then I could do so much more with it, like flavoring the powdered whole eggs and add some cubed potatoes with the peppers blend.

    This tasted like boiled chicken with very little seasoning except salt. It is great cooked with pasta or rice with your own seasonings. Wish they would leave some of the salt out. Overall a good product.
