I'm going to really miss chocolate when TSHTF - if I can't get my fix this should take care of the cravings while providing needed calories and nutrition.

I was extremely disappointed when I received this and realized that it contains aspartame. It's my fault for not reading the nutritional content before purchasing, but still very disappointing. The taste was good, but the directions on the can were inaccurate on how to properly mix it. I did contact TRS to let them know, and they said that it should be 1/3 cup of product to 1 cup of water. If they remove the aspartame, I will be a repeat customer on this.

Thanks for the heads up, the label's mixing instructions had a type and is being fixed on our next label run. You are right in that it needs more like a cup of water every 1/3 cups of mix.

This product offers a major advantage over other instant breakfasts as it only requires the addition of water insyead of milk as do other instant bkfast. i have this for bkfast usually 3-5 times a week. very creamy, good tast and packed with nutrition. will reorder again.

I love how great the nutritional value is on this! You couldn't get much better! I don't understand why the strawberry is so much more than the chocolate though, but the chocolate is much better, so that works for me!

Again, this is one of the few things my son will eat for a meal. but i know if something happens, it will be very much like a comfort food for him, probably lots of other kids would feel the same way.

Pretty tasty product packed with essentials. Tastes pretty much like store bought products but costs a little less when all is said and done. Needs a little more water than what is stated, but overall is very good. I have substituted milk for water and it tastes better plus provides extra nutrients. Good overall product though.

I opened this can about 2 weeks ago and have had chocolate drink every morning since then. It has a ton of servings but I have been making big glasses every morning, so I have already ordered more. It is super easy to make. I make a glassfull the night before, stick it in the fridge, wake up, throw some ice in it, and there is my breakfast for the morning. Awesome product!!

It didnt mix up as easy as I had hoped but I think the little bit of extra work is worth it. The vitamins and nutrients are similar to a lot of the expensive protein supplements I already buy so I am happy to know that this will boost my nutrition in a time of need. I think the taste is a B+ but I may be more accepting due to my background of protein drinks which sometimes can be an adventure.

The Instant Breakfast is a GREAT idea. It's quick, convenient, and adds a nice variety to the usual breakfast fare. One problem. It contains aspartame. Supply a product without this chemical and I'd buy it in an instant.

This is a very interesting option because it has been missing in most food storage companies. I like how you can get the necessary nutrients in this. But I am wary of the Aspartame.

I was looking forward to trying this product (already purchased) until I read these other reviews. Wish I would have read more before purchasing. I'll have to see if I can give this away as Aspartame causes me to have severe cramping and abdominal pain.

This drink mix tasted like a cheap imitation of carnation drink mix. This tasted terrible, my kids wouldn't even finish the glass. It never fully dissolved. The included directions were inaccurate as to how to prepare. Waste of money. Would have preferred a cold cup of cocoa than this.
