I believe a lot of Indian recipes call for plain yogurt. You can also make a lighter version of salad dressings. This could end up being something you use a lot.

I went to the retail store (live close by) when I saw them introduce the yogurt products. I sampled them all and they were tasty to say the least. I ended up buying mostly strawberry and vanilla.

I like the vanilla as I can add whatever I want to it to make it my own flavor. Needless to say I like to experiment with combinations of fruit and granola for breakfast parfaits. Mouth is watering just thinking of it.
