  This was very good. I wasn't expecting much in the way of instant eggs but was pleasantly surprised at how good it taste. Will buy more and have already recomended it to my friends.

  Perfect for camping/ hunting and food storage. Love this product and so does the picky eatters in the family! It was because of the reviews that we bought this . . . and soo glad we did.

  Very good taste, like all the different flavors mixed together. We boil the water in a skillet, turn the heat off, add the mix, cover and let stand for 8-10 minutes. Turn the heat back on and fry for a few minutes. Takes a little longer but makes it taste better.

  This is a great product that is good even on any normal day. It tastes great for a quick breakfast and will keep for a year once opened too. Plus it has a ridiculously long shelf life too. This is a must have for any disaster preparedness storage. Great product that has great taste and value!

  The good: This tastes great! You can actually taste each element (hash browns, eggs, sausage, etc.) of the product.
  The bad: I'm not sure how Mountain House comes up with its timing. After the recommended 9 minutes, the eggs were still not re-hydrated. For me, 20 minutes was perfect.
  The ugly: This product! It tastes great, but it is an ugly mess on a plate. I plan to use up the can I opened by making breakfast tortillas (to hide how it looks). In a real emergency situation, though, it would still taste great and be a very welcome meal even if it wasn't wrapped in a tortilla. I am just about to order another can; it's expensive, but completely worth it.

  While camping with my family of four, we enjoy this breakfast meal everytime we go camping. I would recommend this to any weekend explorer. Great taste!!!
