6 of 13 people found this review helpfulI have a dog with a huge appetite and small body. Research led me to fresh veggies. Green beans are the best because low fat & low carbs. Tired of chopping fresh beans, I tried these. WOW! Good for him and easy for me! I can eat them too. He gets filled up & I get peace.

Great Tasting-Close to Fresh
3 of 5 people found this review helpfulI detest canned vegetables. I have always used fresh or frozen. These are great and a lot less expensive per serving than grocery store products.

Good to have
2 of 3 people found this review helpfulI noticed a lot of donated cans of green beans in the donation bin on TV. Which, to me, means that people aren't eating green beans. But keep in mind, they are a natural source of vitamins and natually low in calories; so a person can add green beans to almost anything, soup or saucy meal and get bulk without the calories.

A great addition to food storage
2 of 3 people found this review helpfulIf you have ever attemped to dehydrate your own fruit or vegetables, you will learn how time consuming and expensive it will be. For the price this is a great value for a high quality and tasy product. No more concerns about freshness or spoilage. No more cleaning up before cooking. Makes a great addition for daily use or for extended storage.

Very Good Value
2 of 3 people found this review helpfulThis is the first SF freeze dried product I have tried. I decided to open it up to experiment with my long term food storage. After sampling the green beans right from the can, I decided to rehydrate them. I was so pleasantly surprised, that I am planning to add them to my homemade chicken soup. Using SF freeze dried veggies instead of frozen, will free up much needed freezer space with me as I prepare my winter soups and stews. Very well done SF! And I love that the country of origin is the USA!
