    I did not know what to expect before I opened my first can of freeze dried cauliflower. I had eaten 'freeze dried' veggie snacks, but they were usually processed with oils etc. This product is amazing. It smells and taste like fresh ripe cauliflower. There is nothing added to it. You can almost imagine it coming straight from your local farmer. Only thing is, you can't eat it raw or semi-cooked. It is fully cooked, but not overcooked. My husband is looking forward to eating it straight out of the can as a snack alternative. I hope he likes it, since it will be infinitely healthier than potato chips. I am very please with this product.

    Taste fresh just like you just bought it. A little pricey but this is a veg that tends to be high in the store. I recommend it to anyone storing food. You can't buy this at the store. Great by itself and even better in soups and stews.

    I opened this can over 6 weeks ago. I kept it in the refrigerator since there's only two of us. The cauliflower is still as fresh tasting as the day I opened it. This is a great product to have around. Preparation is fast and easy. All you need is a bowl and some water. I love the fresh cauliflower smell and taste. Can't tell it's not cooked from fresh ones. Will definitely buy more.

    THIS CAULIFLOWER PRODUCT IS GREAT TASTING ON IT'S OWN, SPRINKLED WITH CHEDDAR CHEESE, FRIED IN BATTER, OR ADDED TO A NUTRITIOUS VEGETABLE SOUP. THE VERSATALITY OF THIS CAULIFLOWER IS ENDLESS.

    I love cauliflower, so I was excited to see that I could add this to my food storage. It is so easy to use and tastes good to. Will be buying more to add to storage!!!

    I usually buy frozen cauliflower (often ends up freezer burned). This product is great! Taste like fresh, smells good and no freezer burn!
