Very good for a single person3 of 10 people found this review helpful
Well, My sister had a gastric by-pass so she can only eat small amounts and small piecs of ingredients. This is so wonderful for her. She can make a packet and then put the rest of what she does not eat in frig until she wants another small amount. Very very handy for her and someone in that positions

My sister had a stomach bi-pass operation and can only eat small portions with ingredients cut up small as well. These pouches are perfect for her. She can eat a small amount and then go back later for more since she should only be eating several very small meals a day. These pouches are great for a single person as well.
Just In Case Pouches vs. MRE2 of 2 people found this review helpful
I'm so glad there is food that comes in a light weight pouch that has a 25 year shelf life. It is fun trying out the pouches and picking out which #10 cans we would like to have for our shelves.
Nice assortment & product1 of 1 people found this review helpful
This is a very nice package in all. The food tastes good and its very easy to store as well. Would be a good idea to buy 5 or 6 of these and stack them on top of each other. Plus theres a little extra room in each bucket for extra pouches and storage.
perfect for testing or for a 72 hour kit
This is exactly what you need if you haven't tried mt. house or don't know which meals you like
Love the selections
Love the selections in this bucket and you can not go wrong with Mountain house it is the best!!!
Very good variety
This is such a great option. I love the variety and how easy it is to prepare these meals.
Better price than the Classic
Great for one person who doesn't mind eating savory things for breakfast...otherwise I'd recommend the Classic Bucket, because it has the granola with milk and blueberries.
New to long term storage.... Decided to start with the just in case assortment. Spaghetti and meat sauce was incredibly good.... for coming from a pouch and being dehydrated. Would seriously have no problem eating it everyday.
