I bought this case of 20 for camping, hiking and the car to be prepared. As with all supplies you are going to stock, it is important to try it out before you need it. I was in my car, having already moved some into there, waiting for my kiddo to get out of school and broke it open. It is light enough to add one to your pack without changing the weight significantly. One section is 400 calories. It tastes like a lemon shortbread cookie. This will get you the vitamins you need while lifting your spirits in a pickle. Would recommend. I am buy more to give to my girlfriends to keep in their car too with the snowy season on our doorstep!

An absolute must have for several reasons - 1. grab and go 2. supplement calories if someone is losing weight 3. barter/charity item. The native americans knew the importance of having high calorie easily transportable food but short of making your own pemmican out of bear fat, this is the next best option.

These are good as a supplement and good for people who don't want to eat a food bar for 3 whole days. Having a case is good for businesses and communities who work together.
