    The first two ingredients in these bars are sugar and vegetable shortening - so these shouldn't be a regular part of your diet - but they're good for emergencies or if you are stuck somewhere without food. I keep one in my desk drawer for just such a situation - if I forget my lunch, then EVERYONE has a bad day!
