A very nice piece of equipment. Large - with all the necessities. You can tell that it is a quality made product.

Purchased this a month ago using my gift card and was anxious to try it out immediately. After going though the cleaning - we made some corn bread -- something simple and get the idea of how it would work. The oven got to about 300 pretty quick and easy with good sun. Would drop to 200 if clouds moved in. After baking the corn bread for about 2-3 hours - we enjoyed it. Pretty good and convenient if ever needed but we plan on making use of it weekly. The construction is well built and should have a long life span.
still learning how to use it but like it1 of 1 people found this review helpful
Purchased this a month ago from the ready store using one of my gift certificates. I'm practicing some of my favorite recipes with this and so far I've learned you can burn things in this so be careful!
My chicken parm came out great. Also A stew. I'm dismayed that the thermostat on it isn't accurate only registering to 240 degrees. When I called the Sun Oven company they told me I could purchase another thermostat locally. I believe for the price of item they should have offered to replace the thermostat. The oven may get to 400 degrees.
Working on my bread recipes. White bread seems to brown pretty good. Still learning....
