On a scale from 1/10, how prepared would you be if a disaster or an emergency outbreak were to happen right now? According to a study conducted in 2019, less than half of Americans are not prepared for an emergency and only 19% of people have a family meet up place. That statistic is SCARY but shouldn't be if we are taking the necessary precautions to be ready in a time of need. In this blog post, we are going to outline some essential things that  we think you should have have in your purse/shoulder bag. And you never know, it just might end up saving your life.

HAND WIPES/HAND SANITIZER: Especially during these uncertain times, having some sort of disinfectant can really end up coming in handy.  Who knows what kinds of things you'll end up touching. It always important to wipe down shopping carts, public benches/tables, doors, etc. It's always better to be safe than sorry.

MEDICAL SUPPLIES: This is something that you should be carrying just in general. Your medical supplies should contain similar to the following; pain medication (such as tylenol, advil, benadryl and tums), its also important to keep some different sizes of bandages and some alcohol swabs.
