  These are very important! I keep one in my car because that is where I am likely to meet strangers who need my help and I won't have to risk anything by helping with this barrier. The little ones that come in some kits are ok but the valve on this one goes one way only! If you put too much air in the stomach by accident, you will be thankful for it!

  Through past medial training, there is no question that each of us should have one of these readily available and know how to use it. It is a small price to pay for the security it provides.

  I took advantage of CPR training at work and these were the masks given to us. They are durable and seem to be well constructed. Just make sure (1) you take CPR training and (2) you keep your training current.

  These should be in every kit you have. Keep one in your car, one in your house, and one in your office. If you are CPR certified these are a must have, and if you're not you should have one around in case someone who is stumbles by.

  This is a must have if you have any training in CPR. I keep one in my car at all times and a small barrier in my purse.
  This is a great quality plastic, but it also has a one way valve; A MUST!
